It has the highest strength of the 6000 series alloys and is the most commonly used in the 6000 grade. Aluminium 6082 Flat Bar is known for its good machinability and weldability. It has a good formability and is ideal for welding and anodising. It is mostly used in engineering applications such as automotive and aerospace components, machine parts, and building frames.
