Max Pipes & Fittings Inc. is a leading Stockist and Supplier of Aluminium 1100 Sheets, produced
in
compliance with ASTM B209, EN 573, and EN 485 standards. Aluminium alloys offer strong corrosion
resistance. They are sensitive to high temperatures ranging between 200°C and 250°C (392°F to
482°F) and may lose some of their strength. However, the strength of aluminium alloys can
increase at subzero temperatures, making them ideal for low-temperature applications.
Aluminium 1100 is a commercially pure grade of aluminium. It is soft and ductile, with excellent
workability, making it ideal for applications requiring difficult forming. It can be welded
using any conventional method, but it is non-heat-treatable. Aluminium 1100 has excellent
corrosion resistance and is commonly used in the chemical and food processing industries.
